The Story Behind the Name
You might wonder where 'Sam3101' came from. It’s a brand name I’ve carried with me since the very beginning of my time online. Before I started my ASMR journey, I spent years (2015–2020) creating content on a different YouTube channel. When I started over, I did think about having a completely different name, but I decided to keep it alive. Bringing 'Sam3101' into this project made it feel like the name meant something again. Even if it doesn't perfectly fit the 'ASMR' style, it’s a part of who I am as a creator, and I'm glad I stuck with it.

‎Why ASMR?

I’ve always watched ASMR to help me sleep and relax. Even while I was making other content, I had a dream of making it myself one day. I wanted to create the same relaxing environment for others that helped me so much. This website is a way for me to share that passion and the tools I use to bring those tingles to life..

Why I Created This Guide

I started this website to make it easy for my followers to find the exact gear I use. I believe you don't need the most expensive studio equipment to make something great.. you just need a setup that is simple, reliable, and "good enough" to get the job done! Whether it's the Samsung S21 I use for filming, the Tascam for audio, or even the googly eyes that give my mic some personality, everything you see here is a part of my daily setup.
